Our front office personnel are eager to be of assistance and to answer all of your questions. Need assistance in determining insurance coverage? We will be happy to make this determination for you and to submit any paperwork required by your insurance company.

When you arrive for your consultation you will be asked to complete some paperwork which will not only provide us with valuable information about your ears and hearing but also help us to better understand the impact your hearing loss is having on your life and the listening areas you most need help.
